F1 Recovery Week preview

Four previews for the hotel offer, using the settled prices and inclusions in the offer plan, plans/191-f1-recovery-week.md. This is a private review set. Checkout is not connected. Nothing has been published to a customer site or Stripe. No commit or push was made.

The hub access code is 2026HL. The separate offer demo code is F1RECOVERY. Entering it, including lower-case letters or surrounding spaces, shows a green acceptance line and enables the two preview buttons. Editing the code locks them again. A wrong code offers the same House Longevity WhatsApp help link as Hyperbond. Both buttons always retain href="#"; neither has a checkout URL.

Print and QR

The hotel deck is a self-contained HTML file with its type and real PNG logos embedded. It works when emailed on its own. Its 16:9 print page is 320 × 180 mm. Print at 100%, with backgrounds on and browser headers and footers off. The screen controls do not print.

Hotels may add their own branding in the dashed “Your hotel logo” area beside the venue logos on the voucher and poster.

Print at 100% / actual size, turn browser headers and footers off, and enable background graphics. The screen controls do not print. The voucher needs custom DL paper or a printer’s DL imposition. Front and back have the same top edge; use portrait duplex long-edge binding and proof one sheet. The poster has named page sizes; print page 1 on A4 or page 2 on A3. Both have generous inner margins and need no bleed.

The QR target is https://special-events.pages.dev/f1-recovery. It is the intended live path and is not live yet for this offer. It deliberately does not point to the private preview. The URL is printed beside each code for guests who prefer to type it. Do not distribute this preview artwork before that destination works.

QR creation: Segno 1.6.6, standard QR version 4, error correction M, four-module quiet zone. The QR is an inline SVG, encoded from the URL rather than drawn by hand. The SVG has an explicit viewBox so its modules scale with its physical print size. The voucher QR is 48 mm; the A4 poster QR is 64 mm; A3 is about 90.5 mm. ZXing-C++ independently decoded the rendered voucher QR and both rendered poster QRs to the exact target.

The printed code is a demo. Production needs one code per hotel for attribution; replace the field in the hotel’s own print copy. Keep the QR target shared unless the later launch card specifies otherwise.

Brand and source choices

SBH leads as the venue; HL supplies the chamber. The paired presentation is explicitly requested for this offer and follows Hyperbond’s two-house structure. Colours use the customer brand kit: cream #f8f5f2, ink #493020, band #efe9dd, secondary text #5c4a39, umber #8b5a3c, and the real terracotta mark. Green #2e7d4f is reserved for the code confirmation. EB Garamond is embedded in each page, so the type works offline and in print. All CSS is inline.

The brand kit’s original local PNG paths were absent. The estate drive could not be read because this machine has no drive--agent-token Keychain item. The set therefore uses existing real PNG copies, byte-for-byte, without redrawing or recolouring:

The HL name below its mark is a plain text label, not a recreated wordmark. No photography or other media was added. The Hyperbond HTML and its generator were read only; neither was edited.

Settled owner decisions · 8 September 2026

  1. Each pass includes a drink of your choice.
  2. The offer dates stay 7–13 October 2026, covering the closure week. The race is 9–11 October.
  3. The chamber session is included and booked at the desk. The pages make no qualification about how many bookings can be taken.

Prices remain $108 for the Day pass against standard components totalling $218, and $158 for the Week pass against $355. The Week pass still permits as many entries as the guest likes throughout the week. The desk top-up remains three more sessions for $150, valid for 14 days from purchase, for pass holders only.

Copy compliance pass

Verdict: PASS against the opened estate copy rules. Final RED: 0. Final AMBER: 0. This is an internal copy audit, not legal certification or permission to launch.

The offer table and the three later owner decisions control the commercial facts.

Surface / exact line Flag Rule applied Final choice
Offer page: “Recover well.” GREEN Owner’s ceiling and restrained brand voice An invitation, with no promised health effect.
All offer pieces: “a drink of your choice” GREEN Settled owner wording No invented exclusions, menu or value.
Hotel deck: “Book the included chamber session at the desk.” GREEN Owner decision and factual service description No health outcome claim.
Hotel deck: “No cost to your hotel” GREEN Explicit packet instruction No commission, staff rate or payment to the hotel is offered.
Voucher / poster: “Normal prices unchanged.” GREEN Standard-price comparison Standard components remain named.
Offer page / voucher / poster / deck: “Wellness service. Not medical treatment. Individual experiences vary.” GREEN Required service boundary Retained with the evidence hedge for wellness pressures.

The deck has exactly seven slides in the requested order. The guest-problem line describes race-week circumstances, not a condition or medical need. The hotel’s post-event report promises only the number of guests who used its code. No identifiable guest data is promised. The only use of “treatment” is the required negative disclaimer. No efficacy promises, competitor comparisons, pressure copy or em-dashes were added.

Hotel shortlist

Start with Fullerton, Fullerton Bay, Oakwood Premier Raffles Place, Ascott Raffles Place, AMOY and The Clan. These keep the walk short. The Westin is the next larger hotel to approach.

Checked 8 September 2026. Hotel names and addresses below were checked against their official sites. Walking minutes are planning estimates to 50 Raffles Place, based on those addresses and the street routes named below, allowing for crossings. They are not timed walks or measured route-engine results. Hotel lifts, queues, heat and race-week pedestrian controls can add time. All eleven are estimated at 15 minutes or less in normal conditions. A concierge should confirm the actual guest route before cards are distributed.

“Inside” means within the Marina Centre / Padang roads affected by the LTA closures, not whether the hotel is inside the ticketed race circuit. The statuses are geographic inferences from the LTA 2026 road-access maps and the official hotel locations. Hotels are not themselves closed. Nearby access roads can still be restricted.

Hotel and official location source Address Walk estimate Practical walking route Inside closure area, 7–13 Oct?
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore 1 Fullerton Square 4–6 min Fullerton Square → Battery Road → Singapore Land Tower No, at the southern edge. Fullerton Road / Anderson Bridge restrictions are adjacent; use the Raffles Place side.
The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore 80 Collyer Quay 5–7 min Collyer Quay pedestrian crossing → Raffles Place No. Near the southern edge; check the Collyer Quay crossing and race-night traffic controls.
Oakwood Premier Raffles Place Singapore 88 Market Street 3–5 min Market Street → Raffles Place square No. CBD side of the river. Former Citadines Raffles Place URL now redirects to this name.
Ascott Raffles Place Singapore 2 Finlayson Green 4–6 min Finlayson Green → Raffles Place square No. CBD side; no circuit crossing.
AMOY 76 Telok Ayer Street 7–9 min Telok Ayer Street → Church Street → Raffles Place No. Southwest of the closure area.
The Clan Hotel Singapore 10 Cross Street 8–10 min Cross Street → Telok Ayer Street → Church Street No. Southwest of the closure area.
The Westin Singapore 12 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 2 10–12 min Marina View → Raffles Quay → Finlayson Green No. South of the closure area. Allow extra time for the lobby lift.
Capri by Fraser, China Square 181 South Bridge Road 10–12 min Cross Street → Church Street → Raffles Place No. Southwest of the closure area.
PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering 3 Upper Pickering Street 11–14 min Upper Pickering Street → South Bridge Road → Church Street No. West of the closure area.
Paradox Singapore 20 Merchant Road 13–15 min South bank river path → Boat Quay → Raffles Place No. Stay on the south-bank route; no circuit crossing.
lyf Funan Singapore 67 Hill Street, #04-01 13–15 min Hill Street → Elgin Bridge → Boat Quay → Raffles Place No. West of Padang closures. Avoid St Andrew’s Road; allow lift time.

As a cross-check, Rome2Rio estimates 12 minutes / 1 km from lyf Funan to Raffles Place; our range adds building access. The Westin listing also places it within a 15-minute walk of Raffles Place. These are supporting checks, not a guarantee for the exact basement door.

Other named candidates checked

These are real hotels. Keep them in a second outreach group if the owner is willing to offer a longer walk or MRT route. Walking ranges here are also geographic estimates, not timed routes. The road restrictions can extend them substantially.

Candidate and official source Address Estimated walk Closure-area assessment / reason not in the first group
Marina Bay Sands 10 Bayfront Avenue 22–28 min Outside the main circuit on its southeast edge; parts of Bayfront Avenue have restrictions. Hotel tower entrances exceed the 15-minute brief.
Mandarin Oriental, Singapore 5 Raffles Avenue 22–28 min Yes, Marina Centre; route and driveway affected.
Pan Pacific Singapore 7 Raffles Boulevard 25–30 min Yes, Marina Centre; restricted access roads.
Conrad Singapore Marina Bay 2 Temasek Boulevard 25–30 min Yes, wider Marina Centre access area. Current name of the candidate described as Conrad Centennial.
The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore 7 Raffles Avenue 25–30 min Yes, Marina Centre; route and driveway affected.
Swissôtel The Stamford 2 Stamford Road 18–22 min At the closure boundary on Stamford Road. Use City Hall / North Bridge Road access.
Fairmont Singapore 80 Bras Basah Road 20–24 min Outside the main closed-road loop, next to its northern boundary. Longer walk via North Bridge Road.
PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay 6 Raffles Boulevard 22–27 min Yes, Marina Centre; restricted access roads.
Sofitel Singapore City Centre 9 Wallich Street 16–20 min to this venue No. Some listings quote under 15 minutes to the broad Raffles Place area; allow more to the specific basement entrance. Keep as a borderline candidate.

The LTA 2026 notice confirms closures from 7 October, 12:01 am to 13 October, 5:30 am, and later train services on 9–11 October. The offer continues through 13 October even though roads reopen that morning. The venue page says Raffles Place is outside the closed roads; the nearby-route caveat and LTA link keep that statement from implying every approach is unaffected.

Opening hours and the basement address were checked against the live Sauna Bath House location page. House Longevity’s hours and suitability-help number follow the Hyperbond reference and the live House Longevity site.
