The pages

1 · Offer page

Who sees it: the hotel guest, after scanning the QR on their card.

What it does: shows both passes with the standard price beside the hotel price. The guest types the code from their hotel card, a green line confirms it, and the buy buttons unlock. Then it tells them how to get here and how to book their chamber session at the desk.

Try it with the demo code F1RECOVERY. In the real thing each hotel gets its own code so we know which hotel sent the guest.

2 · Hotel presentation

Who sees it: the hotel manager or head concierge, when we pitch the idea.

What it does: seven slides. What their guests get, what the hotel gets, the three-step concierge flow, where we are. Use the arrow keys or click to move. Print gives one slide per page for a PDF.

We promise the hotel a free guest perk, co-branded cards and a poster, a hotel code with a usage report after the week, and one WhatsApp contact. We do not promise money.

3 · Voucher card

Who gets it: the guest, handed over by the concierge.

What it does: DL size, two sides. Front shows the two prices. Back has the QR code, the hotel code, our address and "show this card at the desk". There is a marked space for the hotel's own logo if they want it.

Print at actual size, headers and footers off, background graphics on.

4 · Lobby poster

Who sees it: guests in the hotel lobby or at the concierge desk.

What it does: same offer, bigger. Page one is A4, page two is A3. Big QR code, hotel code field, hotel logo space.

5 · Notes and hotel list

Who reads it: whoever approaches the hotels.

What it holds: eleven hotels within a fifteen-minute walk, with walking minutes and whether they sit inside the road closures, plus printing notes and the copy checks we ran.

What happens at the desk

The guest shows their pass on their phone. Check them in as normal. Book their included chamber session with House Longevity. If they want more chamber time, sell the three-session top-up at $150, valid fourteen days, pass holders only. That is the only thing sold at the desk. Everything else is bought online with the hotel code.
